Signs currently being manufactured are of a new technology. After working with LED designers in Japan and Taiwan we finally have the LED's made to our specifications that outshine our lamps of the past.
The new lamp driver, electronics and wiring are now made to operate our custom LED. Lamp failure with our LED is going to be a rare occasion.
It now takes only 10 amps to light all 252 lamps on the sign.
LED lamps are much more expensive, however the long life of the LED lamps far outweigh the additional investment.
This is the most advanced design change in the history of Sky Sign and we feel the investment of designing this new system will pay off for everyone for decades to come.

Sky Sign's operated with the older V2000 computer can upgrade to the laptop operation. Current cost is $3,250 and price reduced to $2,600 if the customer furnishes the laptop.
A complete upgrade to LED operation needs to be quoted on an individual basis as computer, lamp driver, lamps, wire harness will all need to be replaced.
The sign grids condition are also a factor. Standard upgrade will be in the $9,850 range.
If the laptop upgrade was never done then the cost will be a combination of both figures.
